The project is based on the goals set in Lisbon within the main issue tackled for year 2010 about women’s entrepreneurship and on the data emerged from the national report studying women’ s firms drawn up by the Italian Ministery of Productivity together with Unioncamere and several organizations that are members of the National Committee for the women’s entrepreneurship. It aims at following the above mentioned issue able to affect the frame of reference by looking for solutions to social, economical and gender problems concerning women’ enterprises participating in the project.
The positive action is addressed to two typologies of beneficiaries:
Phase 1: information actions.
Phase 2: feasibility studies.
Phase 3: high professional training.
Phase 4: supervision, support and accompanying actions.
Phase 5: evaluation of the intervention and results circulation.
The project aims at overcoming difficulties occurred in firms run by women in the phase of start-up of a new investment initiative or in the phase of consolidation through training, supervision, support and accompanying actions during the process of innovation and growth of the firm.
