This project was financed by the European Social Fund and promoted by the Minister of Work and Social Policies, under the auspice of law 125/91, which, through Positive Actions was aimed at the development and experimentation of systems methodologies thet encourage the consolidation of female enterprises that have entered into the world of work in recent years. From the analysis of the context of referral it was found that there was a lack of innovation in the production sector, accompanied by inadequate commerciale policies which have already resulted in womwn-run enterprises leaving the market. The proposed action, entitled "Take Off. The strengthening of managerial capacities within female-run enterprises", intended to realise experimental actions within twenty women-run enterprises that were interested in a process of consolidation and strengthening of presence in the work place. The objectives of the project are:
- guaranteeing a rapid and positive condolidation of female-run entrprises admitted or not admitted to the funding in accordance with Law 215/92 and of businesses with a majority of female employees in the corporate bodies
- supporting the planning of development policies that should promote and consolidate the presence of women in the world of work
- Individual companies run by women and enterprises with a majority of female staff in the corporate bodies admitted or not admitted the funding in accordance with Law 215/92, existing in Basilicata region. In particular 20 enterprises interested in a process of consolidation and strengthening of their presence in the work place
- Actors within the system that act and contribute, through planning and development policies, to the promotion of women entering the world of work
