The project was born from the union of partnerships located in various areas of Italy, with various similarities and interests in common involved, I their territories, in the limits of Azione 2 del PIC EQUAL II Fase, in interventions aimed at eliminating and/or reducing the employment and productive state of crisis.
The project Re.T.I. intends to carry out a strategy of integrated actions directed to overcoming the criticalities identified from the single partnerships (loss of competitiveness of local systems, difficulties in being part of a system, poor use of the new training methodologies and of the ICT, unsuitability of professional profiles, inefficacy of the service offer to the employees expelled by MdL) and to the system relaunching of the local PMI.
This strategy imposes the activation of local networks, the improvement of the employees’ professional competences and the systematization of the training offer and of the services based on the current changes in the economic system.
