The project is meant to supply the beneficiary companies with the right support in the start up and consolidation phase, through supervision, counselling, training on the premises or at distance modality off line and on line.
The programme was promoted and financed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security within the limits of the law 125/91 and accomplished in partnership with the Confederation of Crafts of the Province of Catania.

The project aims at increase the quality of human resource within the retail sector through ICT based training programmes and the enhancement of the quality of VET systems.
The ultimate aim is to increase the “free movement” goal of EU as standardization will lead to mobility of workers and employability in EU participation in the European Labour Market.

The project is coordinated by TEZKOOP-İŞ – Commercial and Official Employees Union of Turkey – and co-funded by the European union.

CORS.ICT – CORSETTERIA ED I.C.T

It was accomplished in the worst recession period of the Corset factory of Lavello, and it was intended to fight the isolation of the companies and the consequent employment and social precariousness of the workers, through a dual series of direct actions to :
- promote the innovation between the PMI companies which are part of the Corset factory of Lavello as a way of accompanying for the market productive changes;
- accompany and sustain the workers’ adaptability to competence changes imposed by the market globalisation.

CEMTINET : “TRAINING BODIES IN THE CEMENT SECTOR : A NEW APPROACH TO MOBILITY” - COMMUNITY PROGRAMME “LEONARDO DA VINCI”

It’s a pilot project aimed at creating a model of cooperation able to boost free mobility in the cement sector, on a national and a European level. Such a net will bring together the organisms that currently operate in the cement and training sector of various European countries and will favour the mutual assistance in the re-organisation phases, according to the European permanent professional training principle (Life Long Learning”).

TOLOMEO – TRAINING MANAGER WOMEN OF THE CONFEDERATION OF TRADESPEOPLE AND COMPANIES

It is an intervention aimed at improving the competences of 21 women managers of the Confederation of Tradespeople (regional representation) involved in executive and decision – making jobs, and achieved through orientation activities, preliminary and professional training ; the latter accomplished in FAD mode through a virtual educational platform aid.

POSITIVE ACTIONS FOR THE PARITY MEN-WOMEN AT THE C.C.I.A.A. OF MATERA

Setting off the gender differences represents an innovative strategy to create added value for your organisation. This is the context in which the project ex L.125/91 aimed at 17 women employed at the Chamber of Commerce of Matera to find good procedures activated in the company context, that can be undertaken as a reference for the definition of a systematic and functional model to set off the “working differences”, in particular the gender ones.

TAKE OFF – STRENGTHENING THE MANAGERIAL CAPACITIES IN THE WOMEN RUN COMPANIES

It’s a positive action directed to consolidating 20 women run companies of the province of Matera, in particular :
- qualifying the women entrepreneurs involved through the consolidation of new technical- specialistic competences , managerial and professional with the implementation of highly skilled training and with counselling actions;
- giving assistance to companies in the analysis of their own strong and weak points, depending on the development needs, through the realization of company check ups and feasibility studies for the development of new products, services and markets.

It’s a project directed to “disadvantaged” people residents in the province of Matera and it has developed an effective strategy to fight discrimination through a dual series of actions aimed both at the single person and at the community.
