TASK FORCE, MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND SOCIAL POLICY, SUPPORT TO THE PUBLIC SERVICES FOR EMPLOYMENT.

It’s a system action, aimed at reintegrating convicts and ex-convicts in the world of work, and achieved through counselling and technical support activities to support the Public Services for the Employment of the provinces of Potenza, Matera, Lecce and Benevento; this intervention was promoted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the P.O.N. “System Actions for the work introduction policies” Obiettivo 1 – Azione II–1-A, financed with the European Social Fund and accomplished with the Ministry of Justice.

WOMEN AND BUSINESS : TECHNIQUES AND METHODOLOGIES FOR THE COMPANY DEVELOPMENT AND STRENGTHENING

Company development and strengthening intervention aimed at a sample set of companies, owned and run by women, operating in the province of Catania. The project is meant to supply the beneficiary companies with the right support in the start up and consolidation phase, through supervision, counselling, training on the premises or at distance modality off line and on line.
The programme was promoted and financed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security within the limits of the law 125/91 and accomplished in partnership with the Confederation of Crafts of the Province of Catania.

WOMEN’S BUSINESS ENTERPRISES : DEVELOPMENT AND CONSOLIDATION OF WOMEN RUN COMPANIES THAT HAVE ENTERED THE WORLD OF WORK IN RECENT YEARS

Positive action aimed at the managerial training and the company strategic counselling, the development and the testing of methodologies suitable for the strengthening of women run companies or those companies with a majority of women employed in Basilicata for the awakening of the reference system through the spreading of best practices.
The programme was promoted and financed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security within the limits of the law 125/91 and accomplished in partnership with the Confederation of Tradespeople of Matera.

RE.TI – TERRITORIAL NET FOR INNOVATION

October 2006 – February 2008

It was born from the combination of different partnerships situated in different areas of Italy, with various interests and similarities in common. All partnerships are in fact involved in their respective territories of reference , within the limits of Azione 2 del PIC EQUAL II Fase, in interventions directed to eliminate and/or reduce the condition of production and employment crisis. In all the territories the main characters of the 3 systems – labour, training, welfare – show great difficulties at interacting and at developing a common action strategy, able to efficently support the on going process of change.

THE GENDER OPPORTUNITIES NETWORK – SPECIALIZATION IN THE WOMEN SPHERE OF THE PROVINCE OF MATERA IN ORDER TO PROMOTE WOMEN EMPLOYMENT

May 2006 - April 2008

This path is promoted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security within the limits of the law 125/91 and it is aimed both at qualifying the National Employment Service intervention of the province of Matera in order to acquire a specialization in the women sphere aimed at promoting women employment and at developing a permanent network system between the planning partners through which help the promotion of a mainstream politic within the territorial employment politics.

TAKE OFF – STRENGTHENING THE MANAGERIAL CAPACITIES IN THE WOMEN RUN COMPANIES

January 2005 – May 2006

It’s a positive action directed to consolidating 20 women run companies of the province of Matera, in particular :
- qualifying the women entrepreneurs involved through the consolidation of new technical- specialistic competences , managerial and professional with the implementation of highly skilled training and with counselling actions;
- giving assistance to companies in the analysis of their own strong and weak points, depending on the development needs, through the realization of company check ups and feasibility studies for the development of new products, services and markets.
The programme was promoted by the Ministry of Labour within the limits of the law 125/91 and accomplished in partnership with the Confederation of Crafts of the Province of Matera.

TOLOMEO – TRAINING MANAGER WOMEN OF THE CONFEDERATION OF TRADESPEOPLE AND COMPANIES

March 2005 - February 2007

It is an intervention aimed at improving the competences of 21 women managers of the Confederation of Tradespeople (regional representation) involved in executive and decision – making jobs, and achieved through orientation activities, preliminary and professional training ; the latter accomplished in FAD mode through a virtual educational platform aid.
The programme was promoted and financed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security within the limits of the law 125/91 and accomplished in partnership with the Confederation of Tradespeople and Companies of Rome.

O.I.S.I.S. – OBSERVATORY AND DEVELOPMENT INCUBATOR OF SOCIAL COMPANIES

Accomplished in consortium with two other Development Partnerships involved with the management of projects financed by the Equal Community Programme, the project aimed at :
- studying /sharing the activities/products realized within single projects;
- identifying / spreading the best tested practices.

CEMTINET : “TRAINING BODIES IN THE CEMENT SECTOR : A NEW APPROACH TO MOBILITY” - COMMUNITY PROGRAMME “LEONARDO DA VINCI”

It’s a pilot project aimed at creating a model of cooperation able to boost free mobility in the cement sector, on a national and a European level. Such a net will bring together the organisms that currently operate in the cement and training sector of various European countries and will favour the mutual assistance in the re-organisation phases, according to the European permanent professional training principle (Life Long Learning”).
